Govern CAB meetings & approvals
Ensure risk assessment, compliance, and audit readiness
Track change success/failure & avoid production conflicts
Align with incident resolution (emergency changes)
Experience: 5–10 yrs (5+ yrs in Change Mgmt)
Tools: ServiceNow preferred
