Role: Director – Head of Strategic Alliances
Job Summary:
The Head of Strategic Alliances will lead the identification, negotiation, and management of high-level B2B partnerships. This role is responsible for securing exclusive institutional offers from banks, national retail chains, and corporate entities to drive platform transaction volume.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnership roadmap.
Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value contracts and revenue-sharing models.
Manage C-suite relationships with national brands and financial institutions.
Align partnership goals with the company’s long-term growth and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop partnerships with banks, NBFCs, retail chains, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Lead discussions and negotiations for partnership agreements
- Work with internal teams to design and launch partnership programs
- Drive growth through new business opportunities and collaborations
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate sales
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage senior-level corporate relationships
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
