Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day shopfloor operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and discipline across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved
- Allocate work to operators and monitor productivity
- Maintain production quality and reduce rejection rates
- Ensure proper machine utilization and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues
- Maintain daily production reports (Excel/manual)
- Enforce safety, discipline, and 5S practices on the shopfloor
- Train and guide workers for better efficiency and output
- Identify and solve basic production issues in real-time
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Engineering preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/shopfloor supervision
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle workers and maintain discipline
- Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making ability

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
