Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor who will manage day-to-day activities at project sites. The role involves taking accurate site measurements, supervising workers, ensuring proper execution of work, and coordinating with internal teams to complete projects on time and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Measurement & Preparation
- Visit project sites before execution to take accurate measurements such as length, width, height, and overall layout
- Understand site conditions and note any challenges or limitations
- Share measurement details with the internal team to ensure correct planning and production
2. On-Site Supervision
- Manage daily site activities and oversee the work of laborers and technicians
- Ensure work is being carried out as per approved drawings and instructions
- Maintain discipline and productivity at the site
3. Execution & Quality Control
- Ensure proper installation and execution of work according to design specifications
- Regularly check the quality of work and ensure it meets company standards
- Take corrective action if any issue or deviation is noticed
4. Coordination with Teams
- Work closely with sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth project execution
- Communicate site requirements, material needs, and timelines clearly
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources
5. Material Management
- Monitor the use of materials at the site
- Avoid wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Keep track of material consumption and report discrepancies
6. Safety & Timely Completion
- Ensure all safety guidelines and precautions are followed at the site
- Maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Track progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports including progress updates, challenges, and work status
- Share regular updates with management and relevant teams
- Keep proper documentation of site activities
8. Problem Solving
- Identify issues or challenges at the site quickly
- Suggest practical and effective solutions to avoid delays
- Coordinate with teams to resolve problems efficiently
Required Skills & Qualities
- Good understanding of site measurements and drawings
- Strong supervision and team management skills

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in site supervision or execution roles
Work Environment
- Field-based role involving regular site visits
- May require travel depending on project locations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
