Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with international clients, promoting our IT services, and contributing to business growth. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to international clients to generate leads and business opportunities
● Introduce and pitch company services to prospective clients
● Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers
● Build and maintain strong client relationships
● Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
● Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions
● Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Requirements
● Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● ABility to work in Rotational Shift
● Confidence in interacting with international clients
● Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment
● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills
● Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
