Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Performance Creative Specialist)
We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping content for social media, paid ads, and brands.
This is not a traditional design role.
We want someone who understands attention, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and conversion-focused creatives.
Responsibilities
- Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and ads
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, and branding assets
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and engaging visual effects
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create performance-driven creatives
- Develop creative concepts based on trends and audience psychology
- Optimize videos for retention and engagement
- Create visually appealing content aligned with brand identity
Requirements
- Strong experience with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- CapCut or similar editing software
- Strong understanding of:
- short-form content
- hooks
- pacing
- storytelling
- attention-grabbing visuals
- Ability to work independently and deliver creatives quickly
- Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends
- Understanding of social media content formats and ad creatives
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics & cinematic editing
- 3D design or animation
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives
- Knowledge of Meta Ad creative best practices
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, tourism, or lifestyle brands
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

- Previous ad creatives
- Social media designs
- Reels / short-form edited videos
- Motion graphics work (if available)
