Job Title: Content Designer & Graphic Designer
Role Purpose
The Content Designer & Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing high-quality visual assets that strengthen Interia’s brand identity, support business development initiatives, and enhance client communication across digital and offline channels.
The role focuses exclusively on creative design, visual storytelling, and asset production. It is not responsible for social media management, platform administration, campaign management, audience engagement, performance analytics, or marketing reporting.
Role Objectives
- Create visually compelling content that reflects Interia’s premium brand positioning and design philosophy.
- Support marketing, sales, and business development initiatives through high-quality creative assets.
- Maintain consistency across all brand communications and customer touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a structured repository of creative assets, templates, and brand resources.
- Deliver creative outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Content & Creative Design
- Design social media creatives, static posts, and carousel assets.
- Create videos, GIFs, motion graphics, and visual storytelling content.
- Design infographics and visual communication assets.
- Develop campaign creatives based on approved marketing briefs.
Marketing & Sales Collateral
- Design catalogues and product brochures.
- Create client presentations and pitch decks.
- Design project case studies and portfolio documents.
- Develop flyers, leaflets, newsletters, and event collateral.
- Design exhibition and marketing support materials.
Brand & Visual Identity
- Create and maintain brand assets.
- Support logo development and brand identity initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Interia’s visual identity standards across all creative outputs.
- Create reusable design templates and creative frameworks.
Website & Digital Assets
Creative Library Management
- Maintain a central repository of approved creative assets.
- Organise and archive design files and marketing collateral.
- Maintain version control and accessibility of approved assets.
- Develop and maintain a reusable template library.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
