Responsibilities
Order office stationery and other supplies
Preparation of expense reports
Maintain a filing system for data on vendors and external partners
Making payment to creditors / vendors through credit card
Handling petty cash and Managing assets of the company
Organize, store and print company documents as needed Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Handle queries from managers and employees
Taking care of the office, housekeeping and other relevant vendors.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
