Job Summary
GT Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who has practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should understand how to generate genuine business leads, optimize campaigns, reduce CPC/CPL, and create high-converting ad creatives.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Generate genuine, high-quality business leads through paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CPC, CPL, and CPA.
- Create audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
- Design engaging ad creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Write compelling ad copy for lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign results.
- Set up Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to achieve campaign goals.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Ads.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of Lead Generation Campaigns.
- Audience Targeting & Remarketing.
- Campaign Optimization.
- Ad Creative Design.
- Canva / Photoshop (Preferred).
- Google Analytics & GTM (Basic Knowledge).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Practical knowledge of paid advertising is mandatory.
- Should understand how to generate quality leads, not just website traffic.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new marketing strategies.
- Ability to work from the office in Dwarka Mor, New Delhi.
Preferred
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Internship or freelance experience in Performance Marketing is an advantage.
