Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Generate leads and identify customer requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is an advantage.
