Job Title: Service Advisor – Maruti Suzuki Service (Four-wheeler)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Service Advisor for our Maruti Suzuki workshop. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating vehicle servicing, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand vehicle issues/service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain estimated service costs
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle delivery
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality
- Handle basic documentation and follow-up calls
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile servicing preferred
- Experience in automobile service industry will be an advantage
- Computer knowledge preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
