We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple business functions and prepare the candidate for future leadership or specialist roles within the organization.

Assist in day-to-day operations across assigned departments

Learn company processes, policies, and business workflows

Support managers in planning, coordination, and execution of tasks

Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis

Participate in training programs, meetings, and reviews

Identify process improvement opportunities and share suggestions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion

Handle administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Basic understanding of business operations

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
MBA (Pursuing / Freshers) preferred but not mandatory
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
