Baby Joy Fertility and IVF looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive our IVF sales team.
Experience: Min 5 Years in BPO / IVF / Healthcare Sales as a Team Leader.
Role: Team Handling | Lead Conversion | Patient Coordination | Sales Management
Requirements:
- Experience in handling 8-10 Sales Team.
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- IVF/Healthcare background preferred
- Target-oriented and good at team management
- Salary 30k-40k plus incentives
