Job Description / Responsibilities:

Diagnosing network problems.

Collecting IT usage stats.

Carrying out routine configuration & installation of IT solutions.

Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.

Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
-
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
-
Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
-
Answering technical queries and assisting users.
-
Responsibility for security.
-
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
-
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
-
System performance tuning.
-
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
Desired profile of the candidate:

Having Knowledge of Desktop & Server OS, Applications, Email configuration & trouble shooting, Networking, Basic Active Directory, DNS Services
-
Good Communication Skills in case of email communication/ verbal communication.

Good problem-solving skills, organizations skills, time management.
-
Hands on experience of installing IT hardware & software.
-
Working knowledge of IT operating systems particularly windows & Microsoft Exchange.

Strong grasp of computer security
