We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, develop engaging content, assist in creative designing, and support daily office-related tasks. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of social media trends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Handle daily operations of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Create and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep content relevant and up-to-date.
- Grow followers, boost engagement, and improve overall social media performance organically and through paid campaigns.
2. Content & Creative Designing
- Collaborate with the design team or independently create graphics, reels, stories, banners, and other creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software.
- Write compelling captions, post copy, and call-to-actions that align with brand voice and objectives.
- Assist in conceptualizing campaigns, festive posts, product launches, and promotional content.
3. Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and growth across platforms.
- Generate monthly performance reports and offer actionable insights.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments accordingly.
4. Office & Coordination Work
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, influencers, photographers, or other external partners when required.
- Maintain documentation of creatives, posts, content calendars, and approvals.
- Support the marketing or admin team with basic office work including data entry, inventory updates, and file management.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and office management tools.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, or InShot.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization.
- Experience with influencer coordination or brand collaborations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
