Job Summary:
Malu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Packaging Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, packaging activities, and coordination with production and logistics teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily packaging and dispatch activities
- Ensure proper packing of finished goods as per company standards
- Check product quantity, labeling, and batch details before dispatch
- Maintain dispatch records and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with production team for ready goods
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of materials
- Maintain inward and outward stock registers
- Supervise packing staff and assign daily work
- Ensure proper handling of medical products (knee caps, healthcare items etc.)
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system in dispatch
- Ensure zero dispatch errors and damage control, Coordinate with transport/logistics vendor Support stock verification and audit requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Warehouse management: 2 years (Preferred)
