Location: Surat (Ved Road)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 years (Real Estate/Manufacturing/Decor industry background preferred)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations for a mid‑sized organisation (~200 employees). The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR processes to ensure a productive and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment & onboarding for various roles
- Plan & execute employee engagement & retention activities
- Implement HR policies & maintain documentation
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination & leave management
- Address employee relations & workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & statutory requirements
- Support management in HR strategy & workforce planning
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration
- 3-6 years of HR experience (preferably in décor/real estate/manufacturing sector
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HRMS/HR software preferred
- Ability to handle multi‑functional HR operations independently
