About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing architectural projects while collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Fresh graduates with a passion for architecture are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentation layouts.
- Assist in conceptual design development and preparation of working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team.
- Conduct site visits and support project execution and documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Maintain project documentation and assist in preparing reports.
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, building design, and construction concepts.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
