What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new business opportunities (aka turn conversations into collaborations)
- Build and manage client relationships that actually last
- Pitch our services like a pro: strategy, creativity, and confidence
- Work closely with our creative & marketing teams to craft winning proposals
- Identify trends, industries, and brands we should be working with
- Own the sales pipeline from lead → deal → repeat
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who’s confident, proactive, and knows how to get things done
- Strong communication + negotiation skills (you know how to sell without sounding salesy)
- Experience in agency, marketing, or sales is a big plus
- Comfortable with targets, and motivated to beat them
- Bonus: You understand digital marketing, content, or AI (or are eager to learn fast)
