We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist to build and grow strategic relationships within the Shopify ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with Shopify agencies, technology partners, and D2C brands to drive lead generation, expand partnership opportunities, and increase product adoption. You will represent the company in partner discussions, networking events, and industry forums while helping create long-term business growth through strong partner relationships.

Identify, onboard, and manage agency and strategic partners within the Shopify ecosystem.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Shopify agencies, consultants, and D2C brands.

Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through partner channels.

Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product value propositions.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to maximize partnership outcomes.

Represent the company at industry events, webinars, networking sessions, and conferences.

Develop and execute partnership growth strategies to expand market reach.

Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and engage with relevant industry communities.

Gather partner and merchant feedback to help improve products and partnership programs.

1–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within Shopify, SaaS, eCommerce, or agency environments.

Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and common merchant challenges.

Experience building and managing agency or technology partner relationships.

Confidence in conducting product demos and handling business conversations.

Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Active LinkedIn presence with a professional network and industry visibility.

Comfortable attending events and representing the company externally.

Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Prior experience working with Shopify apps, agencies, or D2C brands is preferred.
