Job Responsibilities:
- Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload components and raw materials.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements.
- Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow shop-floor safety procedures.
- Record production and inspection data as required.
Fresher Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machining.
- Willingness to learn machine operation and quality inspection.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Experienced Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in VMC machine operation and setting.
- Knowledge of tool offsets, work offsets, and machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection reports.
- Experience with aerospace, automotive, or precision machining components is preferred.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controllers is an added advantage.
