Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Assistant located in Cochin International airport Lounge. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of communication.
Qualifications
Skills in Guest Services and Customer Service to provide exceptional experiences for guests
Proficiency in handling Reservations and ensuring an organized booking process
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment
Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage
High standards of professionalism and problem-solving abilities
