Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate technical/functional interview rounds.
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Offer & Onboarding
- Conduct salary negotiations within the approved budget.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Track candidate joining status and maintain joining reports.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies, if required.
- Publish job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Employer Branding
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media and job portals.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and hiring events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
MIS & Compliance
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Maintain recruitment records and employee documentation.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Required Skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for corporate, sales, manufacturing, retail, or technical roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
