Designation: Project Engineer
Job Description:
1. Execute and manage projects assigned by the Top management.
2. Report project progress, challenges, and improvements directly to the Top management.
3. Oversee daily production operations and achieve production targets.
4. Ensure product quality and compliance with quality standards.
5. Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
6. Support product, process, and engineering design improvements.
7. Identify and implement productivity and process improvement initiatives.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
9. Prepare and present operational and project performance reports.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
1. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, maintenance practices, and engineering design.
2. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
4. Effective communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering/design software.
6. Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience: Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.

Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
