Key Responsibilities for O&M;
Operations Management:
· Oversee daily operations of water treatment plants, ensuring optimal performance.
· Monitor plant operations and prepare plant operational data.
· Analyze operational data and generate reports on plant performance, efficiency, and results.
Maintenance Management:
· Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
· Ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repair of plant equipment to minimize downtime.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory.
Team Leadership:
· Lead, train, and supervise team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
· Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
· Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement among team members.
Quality Control & Compliance:
· Ensure all water treatment processes meet quality standards and requirements.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure optimized Operations and Maintenance.
Process Optimization:
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency and water quality.
· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve operations and maintenance practices.
· Monitor chemical usage and optimize dosing processes to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Health & Safety:
· Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment.
· Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the operations and maintenance budget.
· Monitor expenses and manage sufficient inventory to control costs.
· Prepare cost estimates for major repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Stakeholder Communication:
· Liaise with clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
· Provide regular updates and reports to management and client on plant performance and maintenance activities.
· Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Monthly O&M Charges Invoice generation and ensure the amount is paid by the client within due date.
Key Responsibilities for Commissioning;
Pre-Commissioning Planning:
· Develop detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
· Review and approve commissioning deliverables, including test plans, protocols, and reports.
· Coordinate with design and process teams to ensure readiness for commissioning activities.
System Testing & Verification:
· Conduct functional and performance tests on all plant equipment and systems, including pumps, valves, filters, chemical dosing systems, and control systems.
· Verify that all equipment and systems are installed and operating according to design specifications and project requirements.
· Perform process simulations and stress tests to ensure system reliability and performance.
Documentation & Reporting:
· Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities, including test results, observations, and any issues encountered.
· Prepare comprehensive commissioning reports and documentation for client approval.
· Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and meets regulatory and project requirements.
Issue Resolution:
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues or defects encountered during the commissioning process.
· Coordinate with head office, customer side and vendor teams to implement corrective actions.
· Track and document the resolution of issues to ensure compliance and project quality.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
· Ensure all commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
· Conduct safety briefings and ensure all team members are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
· Implement and monitor safety measures to prevent accidents and incidents during commissioning.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
· Act as the primary point of contact for commissioning-related activities, providing regular updates to the client and project stakeholders.
· Facilitate meetings and discussions with clients and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
· Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with commissioning outcomes.
Training & Handover:
· Provide training and support to the operations and maintenance team (WTT team or Client-side team) on the operation of the plant and its systems.
· Develop and deliver training programs and materials for plant operators and maintenance personnel.
· Ensure a smooth handover of the plant to the operations team, including all necessary documentation and knowledge transfer.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
