Position Title: Market Manager
Reports to: Regional Director Asia
Resumes to: Thailand
Location: Bangkok Office
Purpose:
The Market Manager’s primary responsibility to onboard, develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel and property products (i.e relevant as per company requirement, attractive and competitive) for Travelbullz international customer base, within their assigned territory.
Position Requirements:

l Accomplishment in hotel contracting. Success in acquiring, mentoring & building long term relationship with hotel partners.

l 20-30% of travel for market visits to meet regularly with key hotels.
l Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
l Conscientious, quick learner, adaptable, Self-aware, accountable, responsible.
l Independent work ethic, ability to work remotely.
l Thai Language is must
Responsibilities:
l Build and progressively expand a portfolio of local hotel partners prioritize from company needs and facilitating hotel on-boarding.
l Develop and sustain strong partner relationships with hotel partners. Providing relevant data and high quality consulting services to hotel partners (high efficiency package, marketing opportunities)
l Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the company.
l Ensure that partner hotels’ product (content, rates and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive.
l Represent TravelBullz in the local market, build Travelbullz company profile with key local influencers (e.g., tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry.
l Manage listing processes for new hotels and renewals with existing hotel partners.
l Identify, qualify, contact, consul and visit the important hotels and accommodation suppliers to grow the portfolio in assigned territory.
l Educate Travelbullz colleagues on market dynamics and specific needs/requests from your portfolio.
l Secure additional rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs.
l Secure seasonal deals and dynamic promotions within the guidelines set by Management to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
l Responsible for monthly KPI review reporting to team leader or SVP.
l Responsible for monthly key hotels and hotel chain review with team leader and OP team.
Experience:
l Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
l Minimum 5 – 7 years of hotel contracting / hotel revenue & distribution experience.
l Solid hotel revenue / e-commerce / distribution background with proven record of handling major OTAs and online wholesalers will also be considered.
l Thailand National would be a plus

MUST :
- You must be Thailand Native
- English & Thai Language : Read/ Write & Speak
- A background in the travel / hospitality industry
- Strong product and hotel contracts knowledge, especially for Thailand. Additional destination expertise is a plus.
