Position: Data Entry Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update patient and medical data in the required system/software.
- Understand and interpret Doctor’s Prescriptions, Medical Reports, Lab Reports, and other medical documents for accurate data entry.
- Fill and maintain required forms, records, and reports as per company requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered data.
- Handle documentation and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with the concerned team whenever clarification is required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or any other Medical / Life Science / Paramedical-related qualification preferred.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of medical terminology, prescriptions, and diagnostic/lab reports.
- Good computer and system knowledge is mandatory.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in diagnostic labs, hospitals, healthcare, medical data entry, or similar roles will be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has good medical understanding along with strong computer/data entry skills, so that prescriptions, reports, and required forms can be understood and entered accurately without frequent assistance.

Salary: 20k to 25k per month
