Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and develop relationships with customers seeking car loan services. The role involves assisting clients through the loan process, ensuring excellent service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in understanding car loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Guide customers through documentation and loan processing
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and approvals
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.com preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of loan/finance products
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, banking, or finance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
