- Receive, inspect, clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and equipment as per established protocols.
- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of sterile items.
- Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain records of all sterilization activities.
- Assemble and prepare surgical instrument trays and procedure sets.
- Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage before sterilization.
- Report damaged or malfunctioning instruments to the CSSD In-charge.
- Maintain adequate inventory of sterile supplies and consumables.
- Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times.
Diploma / Certificate in CSSD Technology or Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
Certification in Sterilization Techniques will be an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in CSSD operations in a multispecialty hospital.
Freshers with relevant certification may also be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
