Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment processes, and application environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, preferably in an E-Commerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Monitor and maintain application servers hosted on Linux environments.
- Perform server configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
- Automate deployment and configuration activities using Ansible / Chef / Puppet.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting.
- Manage application releases, environment setup, and deployment activities.
- Monitor cloud servers, application health, logs, and system performance.
- Work with development teams to support production deployments and resolve issues.
- Implement best practices for scalability, availability, and security.
- Explore and implement tools that improve infrastructure management and operational efficiency.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and communicate technical updates with stakeholders.

- Experience with monitoring tools:
- CloudWatch
- Nagios
- New Relic
- Experience with log management tools:
Basic understanding of Docker and containerization.

- Experience supporting E-Commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, custom commerce platforms, etc.).
- Experience managing production environments with high availability requirements.
- AWS Certified Developer / AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is an added advantage.
