Job Description
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning, creating, and managing social media content across different platforms. You will be responsible for growing our online presence, increasing engagement, and executing effective social media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (preferred).
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Real Estate or B2B (Business-to-Business) marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of influencer marketing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Experience in Real Estate or B2B marketing is preferred.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
