ROLE:
1. HR Assistant to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department
2. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects
3. Maintaining Training Records, employee Service records
4. Assist and Maintain
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
2. Drafting offer letter according to job Competancies and job discription
3. Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
4. Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
5. Support payroll preparation by collecting necessary data
6. Assist with HR policies, procedures, and documentation
7. Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
8. Ensure compliance with labour regulations
9. Assist in the preparation of HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rates, Attrition Rate, Onboard completion Training Completion, absenteeism rate, Retention Rate)
10. Proofreading HR documents and reports
11. Awareness of local labor laws and regulations
12. Familiarity with workplace compliance standards
13. Providing support to employees with HR-related queries

Pay: ₹10,861.64 - ₹30,154.72 per month
