This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Stylist role based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the design team to craft and implement creative interior design solutions. Daily tasks include space planning, preparing construction drawings, sourcing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, decors and equipment) and ensuring seamless project execution. The role requires working closely with clients and vendors to ensure projects meet design standards and expectations, contributing to the unique identity of each space created. Must have experience minimum 3 to 5 years.
DESIGN & STYLING
– Curate furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, textiles, and décor accessories for each project.
– Ensure every selected product is real, procurable, and within the project budget — consistent with That's My Craft core differentiator.
– Define and maintain the aesthetic narrative across all spaces within a project, from living areas to bedrooms and home theatres.
– Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine visual concepts before they go into 3D modelling and visualization.
CLIENT & PROJECT COLLABORATION
– Participate in client discovery sessions to understand lifestyle preferences, aspirations, and functional requirements.
– Present styling directions to clients with clarity and confidence, incorporating feedback effectively.
– Coordinate with the Senior Designer and Designer roles on space planning, ensuring styling decisions are spatially feasible.
– Work alongside the Procurement Manager to validate product availability, lead times, and sourcing options.
3D VISUALIZATION SUPPORT
– Provide the 3D Modeler with precise product references, material specifications, and visual references to ensure renders are accurate.
– Review 3D renders and walkthroughs from a styling standpoint, providing structured feedback for revisions.
– Maintain a curated product and material library for use across studio projects.
-Responsible for procuring all selected materials and products — both through online platforms and offline market visits, vendor meetings, and showroom sourcing.
-End-to-end procurement ownership rests with the Interior Stylist, from product identification to physical sourcing confirmation.
RESEARCH & TREND INTELLIGENCE
– Stay current with global interior design trends, material innovations, and luxury brand launches.
– Build and maintain an up-to-date reference library of international brands and products relevant to the Indian luxury market.
– Proactively bring new product discoveries and styling references to the creative team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
