Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations for IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consultancy recruitment, client management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to deliver quality closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure timely reporting.
- Drive team performance to achieve hiring targets and service-level commitments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 8–12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong expertise in IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment MIS, MS Excel, and reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Profile
- Experience leading recruitment teams and handling key client accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and managing high-volume hiring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
