Key Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), email newsletters, website banners, and blog posts.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain and adhere to established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Collateral Design: Assist in creating print and digital marketing collateral such as flyers, presentations, infographics, and pitch decks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate campaign objectives into impactful visual concepts.
- Photo & Video Editing: (Optional but preferred) Perform basic photo retouching and assist in creating short-form video assets or GIFs.
- Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on constructive feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design principles.
- Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, current design trends, and visual storytelling.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
