Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Paid Media Lead with a strong background in managing and scaling lead generation campaigns for Real Estate Brands. The candidate must have hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency environment and delivering performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
- Handle lead generation campaigns for Real Estate clients
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, and conversions
- Develop data-driven media strategies to maximize lead quality and performance
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
- Generate performance reports and client insights
- Lead and mentor the paid media team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Proven experience running lead generation campaigns for Real Estate brands
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaign budgets
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
