Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building modern web applications using the MERN stack and be eager to work on scalable, high-performance products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Work with Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding authentication, authorization, and JWT.
- Basic knowledge of database design and optimization.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Next.js is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
