Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and staff scheduling
- Lead, motivate, and support hairstylists, estheticians, and reception team
- Build strong client relationships and resolve customer concerns
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Maintain salon hygiene, inventory, and financial records
- Drive sales targets and improve overall salon performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in salon/beauty industry management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current beauty industry trends and salon software
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
