Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise kitchen steward activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Responsibilities include leading the stewarding team, monitoring sanitation and chemical safety, and coordinating with chefs to ensure dishes and cooking utensils are properly sanitized and available during busy shifts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen stewarding or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions quickly.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
