About the Role
Sharnam Architects is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Everest Square, Rewari project. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution knowledge, the ability to manage contractors and labour teams, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and interior fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain site safety practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Resolve on-site issues and report progress to the project manager.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work before billing.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour records, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory at the site.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction or interior projects.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is an added advantage.
