Key Responsibilities1. PPAP Documentation
- Prepare and submit PPAP packages as per customer requirements.
- Compile all PPAP elements such as:
- Part Submission Warrant (PSW)
- Design Records
- Process Flow Diagram
- PFMEA
- Control Plan
- MSA Studies
- SPC Reports
- Dimensional Reports
- Material Test Reports
- Capability Studies
- Appearance Approval Reports (if applicable)
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality teams for PPAP approvals.
- Maintain PPAP records and customer approvals.
2. FMEA Management
- Prepare and update Process FMEA (PFMEA).
- Participate in risk assessment activities.
- Review Severity, Occurrence, and Detection ratings.
- Update FMEA based on process changes, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
- Ensure risk reduction actions are implemented and documented.
3. Control Plan & Process Documentation
- Prepare and maintain Control Plans.
- Develop and revise Process Flow Charts.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Create Work Instructions and Quality Standards.
- Ensure documentation reflects actual shop floor practices.
4. Quality System Documentation
- Maintain ISO 9001 documentation.
- Control all quality manuals, procedures, formats, and records.
- Ensure proper document revision and distribution.
- Archive obsolete documents as per retention policy.
- Support internal and external audits.
5. Customer Documentation
- Prepare customer quality submissions.
- Handle customer document requirements and revisions.
- Maintain customer-specific quality records.
- Coordinate for customer audits and compliance requirements.
6. Inspection & Quality Records
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
- Maintain calibration records.
- Track non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
7. Audit Support
- Assist in Internal Audits.
- Support ISO Certification Audits.
- Prepare audit documents and records.
- Close audit observations within target timelines.
8. Corrective & Preventive Actions
- Maintain CAPA records.
- Follow up on corrective actions.
- Verify effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Maintain 8D reports and customer complaint records.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
