Core Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and generate new corporate clients through cold calling, corporate networking, and field visits within commercial hubs.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and position customized dedicated connectivity solutions like ILL, MPLS, and SD-WAN.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting, area mapping, and pitching to CXOs/IT Heads, to closing and final service installation.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers) and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth post-sales delivery.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, service offerings, and fiber coverage areas to refine go-to-market strategies.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the ISP, telecom, or managed network services domain.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of internet technologies, dedicated 1:1 bandwidth concepts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and uptime commitments.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
