As the company continues to grow, the HR function is looking for a capable HR Business Partner who can support business needs and drive effective people processes on the ground.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an HR professional to play a key role in building and strengthening HR practices within a growing organization. The role will work closely with leadership and business stakeholders to implement HR initiatives, improve employee experience, and ensure smooth execution of people processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating HR strategy into day-to-day execution, managing employee needs, supporting hiring initiatives, and ensuring HR operations run effectively. The role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Understand manpower requirements and partner with hiring managers to create effective hiring plans.
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates across functions.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including candidate engagement, offer rollout, negotiations, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future business requirements.
Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction experience for new employees.
Key Metric: Hiring turnaround time, hiring manager satisfaction, and new hire experience.
2. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the HR point of contact for employees and business teams, ensuring effective communication and support.
Partner with leadership and managers to understand business needs and implement HR solutions.
Drive consistent execution of HR processes, policies, and practices across the organization.
Support managers in people-related decisions and employee management.
Key Metric: Stakeholder feedback and effectiveness of HR support.
3. Performance, Culture & Employee Experience
Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and support employee experience initiatives.
Identify learning and development needs and coordinate relevant interventions.
Support recognition initiatives to improve employee motivation and engagement.
Key Metric: Process compliance, employee engagement, and timely completion of HR initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Statutory Compliance
Handle employee relations matters with maturity, fairness, and confidentiality.
Support grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee communication.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage employee exits including resignation processes, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.
Key Metric: Timely resolution of employee concerns and compliance adherence.
5. HR Operations & Data Management
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR administration.
Track HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure employee files and documentation remain audit-ready.
Key Metric: Data accuracy, timely HR operations, and documentation compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist role.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, compliance, and employee relations.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
- MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
