Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Rabale , Navi Mumbai
Experience : 2 – 4 years
Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and complete joining formalities .
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads for manpower planning.
- Work on employer branding and improve recruitment strategies.
- Achieve hiring targets within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment companies is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
