The Spare Parts Billing Executive is responsible for handling billing operations for spare parts, ensuring accurate invoicing, inventory coordination, and smooth customer/dealer transactions within the service or parts department of a two-wheeler dealership or workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices for spare parts sales (retail and workshop requirements)
- Process billing using dealership management software (DMS)
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, taxes (GST), and part numbers
- Coordinate with the service team to bill parts used in repairs
- Maintain proper records of daily billing and transactions
- Handle customer queries related to billing, pricing, and availability
- Assist in stock verification and update inventory records
- Manage returns, cancellations, and warranty billing as per company policy
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum: +2 / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (Commerce preferred)

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
