- Stage 2: Skill Assignment: Give candidates a real-world case study consisting of a simulated bank statement and bureau report. Ask them to identify early-payment default risks within a 15-minute time limit.
- Background Check Assessment: Mastery in verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) flows, conducting digital fraud analysis, and reading automated bank statement analyzer outputs.
- Technology Comfort: Proficiency working with cloud-based lending software (such as CloudBankin/Habile configurations) to handle immediate, high-volume online applications.
- Working Hours: Standard corporate shifts operate Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 AM to 6:30 PM at the Shantiniketa Building, Camacstreet, Kolkata office.
