Job description:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Welder to join our solar installation team. The candidate will be responsible for performing welding work required for solar mounting structures, module stands, cable trays, and related fabrication tasks at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding for solar mounting structures and supports.
- Fabricate and assemble module mounting structures (MMS) as per drawings.
- cal drawings, measurements, and welding specifications accurately.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and safety standards..
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with the site engineer, supervisor, and installation team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Welder (preferably in the solar or construction sector).
- Knowledge of different welding techniques .
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication and measurement tools.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor site conditions.
- Safety-conscious with proper handling of welding equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Welding or Fabrication (not mandatory but preferred).
- Experience in solar installation projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
