We are looking for a skilled and passionate Orthopedic/ Sports Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Clinical team at Synchrony Health, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and sports injury management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic surgeries (e.g., ACL repair, joint replacement)
- Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and coaches
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and evidence-based practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physiotherapy
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / Physiotherapy Council
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques (Maitland, Mulligan, McKenzie, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- MPT in Orthopedics or Sports Physiotherapy
- Certification in Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, or Sports Rehabilitation
- Experience working with professional athletes or sports teams
Location: Delhi (In-person)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
