Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower planning reports, and hiring records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in MBA (HR), MHRM, MSW (HR), or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Experience in onboarding and employee documentation is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
