What You’ll Be Doing (Your Impact):
As an HR Trainee, you will work closely with leadership and experience a 360-degree view of human resources:
- Talent Acquisition: Screen resumes, source top talent, and shortlist candidates who fit our culture.
- Interview Coordination: Act as the bridge between candidates, founders, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience.
- People Operations: Assist with end-to-end onboarding, candidate documentation, and creating a stellar first-day experience.
- Compliance & Reporting: Get your hands dirty learning the bedrock of HR compliance and reporting.
- Employee Engagement: Help brainstorm, plan, and execute internal initiatives and fun activities to keep the team motivated.
- Performance Management: Learn the basics of how modern startups evaluate and nurture talent.
Who Should Apply?

- Are a Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Are genuinely passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills (you love talking to people!).
- Have a sharp eye for detail and a highly organized, proactive mindset.
- Can commit full-time on-site in Mumbai for the full 6-month duration.
